Warranty and Return Policies
System Automation (SA) provides a warranty against system defects. Each state agency customer will have the ability to submit as many support tickets as it would like to, which gives the agency a direct conduit to request new enhancements or the implementation of new business rules, but also the ability to report defects for resolution. SA releases patch builds that contain resolutions for customer-reported and SA-identified issues and/or defects on a monthly basis. This consistent cadence for release of patch builds provides our customers with peace of mind that SA takes maintenance services seriously.
