July, 2024 — Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) recent contract award to System Automation enables state agencies in Texas and across the United States to directly purchase the company’s leading regulatory management solutions built on the Evoke™ platform. The Texas DIR 570 Software, Products, and Related Services contract simplifies and accelerates the procurement process by eliminating the complex and lengthy solicitation processes that agencies typically undergo when sourcing much needed products and services to improve their operations.
Evoke – a highly scalable, low code application platform (LCAP) – provides unlimited configurability to support true end-to-end regulatory management. As a part of the Interstate Cooperation Contracts (ICC), agencies both in and out of the State of Texas can leverage System Automation’s DIR contract #DIR-CPO-5294 to procure Evoke while meeting state requirements that have already been vetted by DIR.
Unlike legacy, commercial-off-the-shelf systems, Evoke is delivered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution influenced by System Automation’s over three decades of regulatory management expertise. Evoke provides extensive automation and flexibility so agencies can rapidly deploy a new system and applications while integrating their unique data requirements and workflows to address professional licensure, records management, public safety inspections, compliance, and other regulatory management business processes.
In addition, Evoke offers these benefits:
- Easily configurable and adaptable to be used at the enterprise level to address unpredictable regulation changes without incurring unexpected costs
- Accelerator templates for getting started quickly to meet an agency’s unique requirements
- Non-programmatic builder allows for the easy configuration of automated workflows and custom business logic
- AI-driven ad-hoc reports lets anyone create a report by asking natural language questions
- API-driven to anticipate and enable future integrations and use cases with other third-party applications
- TX-RAMP level 2 certified platform hosted in Microsoft Azure GovCloud environment leveraging unmatched security, stability, and high scalability
“It’s an honor to be awarded this contract status with Texas Department of Information Resources so agencies have a streamlined path for acquiring and adopting our Evoke regulatory management platform,” said Charles Rubin, System Automation President and CEO. “Evoke delivers unrivaled speed to value through a responsive, intuitive, and AI-driven system that ensures every business process, no matter how complex or unique, is efficiently mapped, integrated, and launched for an exceptional user experience.”
