StateScoop Recognizes Two Evoke Powered Agencies

Government agencies serve different missions, but they often face the same operational challenges. Legacy systems, manual processes, limited visibility, and growing workloads continue to strain regulatory organizations across the country.

The 2026 StateScoop 50 Awards highlighted agencies that tackled those challenges head-on. This year, the New Hampshire Liquor Commission and the Kansas Board of Nursing earned recognition for modernization initiatives powered by Evoke. Their projects show how agencies can improve efficiency, strengthen accountability, and deliver better service through modern technology.

New Hampshire Liquor Commission

The New Hampshire Liquor Commission transformed enforcement and records management operations with a cloud-based system built on Evoke. The initiative replaced paper-based processes and spreadsheets, streamlined investigations and reporting, and gave officers secure access to information in the field. The result: greater efficiency, improved productivity, and a system that better supports day-to-day operations.

What Award Winning Agencies Have in Common

These projects highlight an important lesson: successful modernization starts with people, not technology.

Both agencies focused on improving how work gets done. They increased visibility into operations, reduced manual effort, and built processes that support staff instead of slowing them down.

Every agency operates differently, but the goal remains the same. Build technology around the way people work. When agencies take that approach, they create lasting improvements for staff, stakeholders, and the public they serve.

We congratulate both organizations on this well-deserved recognition and look forward to supporting agencies as they continue their modernization journeys!
