New Hampshire Liquor Commission Goes Live with Evoke Records Management System

July, 2024 — System Automation is proud to announce the New Hampshire Liquor Commission Division of Enforcement & Licensing (Division) has implemented Evoke™, a modern SaaS regulatory platform, as the basis of its new Records Management System (RMS). Within a year of contracting with System Automation, Evoke has replaced the inefficient data entry, file retrieval, reporting, and approval processes of the Division’s legacy system. Evoke demonstrated superior adaptability, configurability, and optimization of the agency’s current and evolving business procedures, unique workflows, and RMS requirements.

With Evoke, the Division’s new RMS empowers:

  • Intuitive and modern user experience for the Division’s staff of sworn officers and civilians
  • End-to-end case management including thorough tracking of calls for service, investigations, arrests, events, property, violations, and daily activity logs
  • Accurate reporting of crimes, property audits, regulatory activities, and more

Evoke is a low-code application platform (LCAP) leveraging the latest cloud-native technologies that provide extensive flexibility and stability, making it an ideal platform for the Division to vastly improve its overall operations. To implement the new RMS successfully, System Automation’s dedicated team partnered closely with Division staff to understand its business and configure Evoke to support the Division’s specific processes and workflows while converting and migrating over 500,000 case records.

“System Automation took the time to thoroughly understand our requirements to ensure Evoke was successfully configured to align with the Division’s needs from the very start,” said Danielle Ellston, Deputy Chief, New Hampshire Liquor Commission Division of Enforcement & Licensing. “Our new records management system is so much more responsive to how we operate, which has given us a tremendous boost in productivity and morale.”

By securely connecting to the RMS from anywhere in the field, officers can substantially reduce physical paperwork while saving time previously spent driving to the office just to perform system tasks. Using its new Evoke RMS, the Division’s investigators and staff shared reactions such as, “I’m thinking of all the other useful things I can do now that my paperwork will take less time,” and “I don’t have to drive to HQ to submit cases anymore.”

Evoke has proven to not only delight RMS users but position the Division to more effectively focus on ensuring public safety across the state of New Hampshire. Plus, with Evoke’s intuitive web-based builder, new business processes are easy to create, integrate, launch, and maintain – enabling NHLC to address future needs and use cases.

“With automation and simplification inherent to Evoke, its records management capabilities far outperform those of other systems,” said Charles Rubin, System Automation President and CEO. “We are delighted the Division of Enforcement & Licensing at the New Hampshire Liquor Commission is realizing the full potential of Evoke so processes and tasks can be completed quickly and reliably.”
