When the Kansas Board of Nursing approached us, they were managing investigations and disciplinary actions through paper files, spreadsheets, and manual coordination. We partnered with the Board to implement our Evoke platform to create a secure, centralized foundation that supports their team today and positions them for continued operational success.

Meaningful Impact
Since going live, we have seen the Board streamline complaint intake, centralize investigative case management, and reduce reliance on manual processes. Staff no longer transfer files between offices and leadership has clearer insight into case trends and performance. The transition even allowed the Board to reclaim a file storage space and convert it back into an office. Together, we built a stronger operational foundation that improves day to day work while supporting long term resilience.
