How a Liquor Authority Modernized

The New Hampshire Liquor Commission Division of Enforcement & Licensing sought a modern, flexible platform to replace its legacy records management system (RMS. They needed a solution that would reduce inefficiencies in data entry, file retrieval, reporting, and approvals, while also enhancing case management capabilities for their enforcement and regulatory operations.
